Senior Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing design concepts and deliverables while leading projects and guiding less experienced designers to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Support the creation of visuals for campaigns, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives.
Use asset libraries and online resources effectively to gather necessary materials, and proactively anticipate asset needs to avoid project delays.
Take time to understand project requirements and ask thoughtful questions to clarify briefs and feedback, ensuring alignment at a strategic level.
Apply design fundamentals in your work, such as proper alignment, typography, and technical settings (e.g., bleeds for print, clean file setup), while setting quality standards for the team.
Check your work carefully before submission and review the work of others when needed, maintaining consistency and accuracy across projects.
Contribute positively to team discussions, share insights, and mentor junior designers to support their growth and improve team output.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
5+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating both creative excellence and strategic thinking.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
Deep understanding of technical production standards for both print and digital outputs, and ability to set quality benchmarks for others.
A resourceful mindset—you proactively solve challenges, anticipate project needs, and guide others in efficient workflows.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality across multiple projects and team members.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in clarifying briefs, giving constructive feedback, and presenting design decisions.
